What can I do to lose belly fat?
I need tips on losing my belly fat. In the past I used to run 5 miles a day 5 days a week, did strength training exercises, really controlled what I ate and I was never able to lose my belly fat. I just stopped losing weight at one point and no matter how much I ran I my belly fat never went down after a certain point. I am not asking for 6 pack abs, but just a flat tight abs where it won’t jiggle every time I walk.
I used to do a lot of sit ups/ crunches, push ups, and weight training exercises on top of that. Currently I am a 22 yr old male 5’10" weighing anywhere from 165-170 lbs(it varies everyday). Before when I exercised a lot I used to weigh anywhere from 150-155 lbs (I still had jiggly belly like no other). So as you can see I gained about about 15 lbs. and I am starting to look really fat again. What can I do to take off my belly fat once and for all?
Right now, I look like I weigh about 190 lbs. if I take off my shirt. I need serious advice people. I know that through running I didn’t lose too much belly fat and it just stopped after a certain point. I used to workout like this for about a year or maybe even more. Thanks in advance guys!

Its your diet
abs are made in the kitchen.. that means a sound diet.. eat more protein and less carbs…. and cut out sugars…
u need o do cardio in the morining once in a while on empty stomach….
try taking omega 369 and whey protein….. they help make u leaner and tighter
and drink green tea 4 – 5 times a week… and eat grapefruits… but don’t eat much fruit when u need to burn fat.. only fruits u should eat are berries, grapefruits, watermelon…
and eat more vegetables
u only need to train abs everyother day for 5 – 10 mins… and use weight resistance exerise
You still need to exercise and get back to those crunches. Nothing tones the abs better than proper crunches. If you are not doing them correctly you will not see results. Our bodies get use to doing the same thing and it responds the same way. A change in the habits will change the look.
I have struggled to maintain my weight all my life. One min I’m up in weight then the next down. So I do know a little about how to adjust. You are going to have to reevaluate your eating habits and when you are eating. Night eating after 7pm is bad. Also your exercise routine may need to change. Swimming is much better than running for instance. Eat more natural foods and stay away from boxed and prepared foods. Rice and potatoes are considered the wrong carbs. You don’t need to give them up but go lightly. Crunch Crunch it works.
