What do I do to get a flat and toned stomach?
Hi all:
I have been skinny all my life, I’m 5’8 and about 140lbs. My stomach is pretty flat but I want to tone it up. I don’t really do much exercise so I am not sure what type of things will get me results? Should I eat certain things as well? Thanks

The easiest exercise to do to tone your stomach, is curl ups, or by lying down flat on your back and lifting your legs (believe me, you will feel the burn in your stomach)
Also, stay away from junk food, and sugary drinks because they are killer weight gainers.
do ab exercises. There’s tons of videos on youtube on different ones you can do. All I can say about eating is eat a healthy, balanced diet not too high in fats/oils/sweets.
I think you keep the body you have i would kill to have your body.
i am 5’8 too and weight 183.2lb i want to lose. so yeah you could go to mickey d’s a few times that will give you a little tummy
