What excercises will make me lose belly fat?!?
Ok, so im 14 and practically 5 ft tall (yea im short but im asian) and I have this HUGE problem with my belly. Its Fat. Well.. not THAT fat but enough for me to look funny in a tube top. Also my thighs are kinda chubby too. Any ideas of how i can lose fat from those areas? Excercises preferably. No diets! Haha. Thanks guys! <3
No matter how many exercises you do it wont do sh!t for your belly fat.. u must also eat right.
