What exercises can help lose belly fat?
i just want to lose some belly fat, i try different exercise, but it doesn’t seems to work well. is there any exercise that REALLY works for losing belly fat? Any exercise that you try and it work for you? A plan or something? and how long do i have to do it? and when do i see result?

Honestly, you can’t lose fat from just your belly, you have to do CARDIO! It’s the best thing that works every part of your body and after you’re fit from that and have a low body fat percentage will you be able to see results. Do running, jogging, biking, roller blading, etc. Then do abs exercises such as the plank and definately bicycle crunches! Bicycle crunches work all four layers of stomach muscle unlike regular crunches. It’s not really about having a six pack as much as it is about being physically fit. You will feel and look better in a few weeks as long as you stay committed.
