		<description>Honestly, you can&#039;t lose fat from just your belly, you have to do CARDIO! It&#039;s the best thing that works every part of your body and after you&#039;re fit from that and have a low body fat percentage will you be able to see results. Do running, jogging, biking, roller blading, etc. Then do abs exercises such as the plank and definately bicycle crunches! Bicycle crunches work all four layers of stomach muscle unlike regular crunches. It&#039;s not really about having a six pack as much as it is about being physically fit. You will feel and look better in a few weeks as long as you stay committed.</description>
