What exercises can I do to get a flat/tight tummy?
I have good weight and everything so I don’t need to diet.
I want a flat tummy but not a six pack because I think it’s more appropriate for men instead of women.
What exercises can I do other then crunches and sit-ups?
Hula hooping can be fun as well as burning lots of calories

planks, every girl hates them but loves the results.
You can do front and side planks, or try picking up a pilates DVD, pilates focuses alot on core strength. Don’t forget your cardio too as that’s what will burn off the tummy fat.
a flat stomach with no ab muscles means DIET, so eat healthy. some excercises you can perform planks, they help alot. good luck
