What exercises can I do to get a flat/tight tummy?
I have good weight and everything so I don’t need to diet.
I want a flat tummy but not a six pack because I think it’s more appropriate for men instead of women.I just want to get rid of the flabby tummy
What exercises can I do other then crunches and sit-ups?
jog for 20 minutes a day suck your stomach in as often as you can (i would say at least 5 minutes a day) on the area around your belly button. i know this sounds silly but spin around until you get a bit dizzy when you wake up to regulate and increase your metabolism and exercise first thing in the morning so food will be absorbed faster and you will eat less. Crunches and sit ups alone work inside the muscle tissue and not on the outside where you want results first jog a few days then do the crunches but jog most importantly or dance anything that will keep your heart moving
cardio…..the best thing…..and it wouldnt hurt to do some ab exercises, pilates worked for me
The answer to your problem is running it will help burn off the extra belly fat and tone up your abs without giving you a six pack like us guys enjoy having.
I agree that reducing fat is the best way to reveal your ab structure. But, I know you specifically asked for an exercise that does look like a sit-up or crunch. So, here’s what I do…I kneel down (as if praying), hold a 20 pound weight to me chest (you can use any heavy object, really, like a jug of water), and rock backwards until my abs get tight in the effort to keep me from tipping over backwards. Repeat.
