What exercises should I do to get a flat stomach in a week?
ok i don’t need to do anything extreme. Im pretty skinny. But I have an inch or two that i wanna lose off of my stomach and i need it done within a week. I hear crunches help but i also hear they don’t. So im unsure about what to do. I know diet is a very important part to getting a flat stomach so any food suggestions? Thank u guys! <3

Yh do crunches
but the key to it al is running
or joggin
or even walkin
for like a hour a day or sumin
and just drink water
keep eating food 3 meals a day but cut out the junk
to be honest just cuttin out fizzy drinks and sugar makes a big difference but yh make sure u do sum excercises
runnin, crunches situps etc etc
or drink green tea. or yh have acai berrie pills. i say go with the excersizin nd drink jus water cut out sugar nd eat 3 meals a day
