but the key to it al is running
or joggin
or even walkin
for like a hour a day or sumin
and just drink water
keep eating food 3 meals a day but cut out the junk
to be honest just cuttin out fizzy drinks and sugar makes a big difference but yh make sure u do sum excercises
runnin, crunches situps etc etc
or drink green tea. or yh have acai berrie pills. i say go with the excersizin nd drink jus water cut out sugar nd eat 3 meals a day</description>
