I went through this same thing. You need to do some ab strengthening exercises. This will get your stomach flatter. Some examples are sit ups, or using an ab lounge. I would also recommend that you jump on exercise trampoline, this can get your stomach down. Don’t do to much working out while laying down on your behind, because that can flatten it. You can also watch what you eat, and make sure you stick to a diet plan.

eat lots and lots of junk food that helps me a lot of the time
