What is a good diet & exercise plan to get a flat stomach?
Alright, I’m about 5’1 Im 14 years old and I’m getting chunky. My friends have made it clear to me that I need to slim down. I am a small person, but I have a big stomach now. I need some motavation and a plan to keep me on a good diet and exercise on a regular basis. I don’t eat right. I love to party, so fast food, snacks, and sweets are what I normally would eat. The best way to get flat stomach is to practice these three great habits.
1 Cardiovascular exercise – to burn fats

Cardiovascular exercise – Do it least 30 minutes because your body will only begin burning fat after about 20 minutes of exercise. If you stop before the 20 minutes are up, you will not have accomplished much fat burning!

Eat 3 balanced meals a day.
and two snacks in between.
So eat every three hours + the snacks.
Also drink a lot of water.
You can use weights and build muscles on your arm.
every pound of muscle on your body means you burn an extra 40 calories.
oh and multiply your goal weight by 10.
and thats how much calories you need to be consuming each day.
