what is a good way to get a flat stomach?
what would be a good way for you to get a flat stomach, other than dieting.
i’m 13[girl], and want to have a flat stomach for the summer.
anybody know a good way for that to happen?

Getting a flat stomach is accomplished from leading an active lifestyle.
You are young and should be concerned with being active and doing physical activities you enjoy.
Your posture may be out of alignment as well. If you sit alot you may have tight hip flexors will lead to yoru stomach looking round instead of flat.
sit ups and leg curls
put you legs on a chair bent at a 90 degree angle
and use your abs to curl your body up to your knees.
dont use your back.
and just calm down on high calorie foods like bread. and you’ll have a tighter body for the summer ;D
