Watch the calories you take in to make sure you aren&#039;t taking in more than 2000. try eating more fruits and vegetables instead of sweets and do crunches. Start with as many as you can do and make goals for yourself as you progress. Do the crunches every other day so you can give your muscles time to heal. That should help you lose the fat and tighten your skin.</description>
