umm liposuction actually doesnt work? because your body doesnt lose fat cells. u just get fat again in a couple of months and would have to do it again and waste your money. just natural diet and excercise 30 minutes a day every other day for whatever

You probably want to eat a higher protein ratio in your diet and tons of fiber, greens, leafy like spinach. only eat fruit in the morning because of the sugar, you’ll burn it off before the end of the day. No soda, no juice after 12pm try eating your carbs in the morning too or for lunch. So if you have pasta, eat it early, then eat a high protein dinner, in fact snack through the day. But don’t eat processed foods, or snack bars they are garbage. Fresh clean food. and drink a cup of japanese green tea first thing in the morning after a glass of water upon rising. Drink coffee after about 30 minutes if you are a coffee drinker.
