Cardio. You need cardio to get rid of the fat covering your stomach. You can do all the crunches in the world and they won’t help until you burn off the fat. If you aren’t doing cardio yet, aim for at least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. I haven’t read your other questions, but I would suggest eating lean protein, eats fruits & veggies and drink water only. Try to eat foods with more fiber in them as they will keep you feeling full longer than most. Kashi has some great cereals & snacks and no one them contain high frutcose corn syrup which is the worst. It’s found in almost everything and it’s terrible for you. Keep your saturated fats low. Try not to think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change. I gave up soda. For the past five weeks, all I’ve been drinking is water & I feel great. I’m in my 5th week at the gym. I mostly suffer from the love handles but they are diminishing slowly. I work out 6 times a week and do 60 minutes of cardio a day. Work out as much as your schedule will allow, whether it’s two days a week or five. Good luck & I hope this helps!
i would think scrunches, sit ups.
Reach down and touch your feet without bending your legs. Also, walking is great as well. Dancing helps too! Lastly, eating healthy food is very important. Cut down on the pop, chocolate, fat, fast food. Continue this for some time. Good luck!!
If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises like walking,rowing and swimming. Losing fat around the stomach takes time.
