Buy a sweat suit from a high street fitness shop, they cost relatively cheap.
Wear it over your underwear and under a pair of jogging/tracksuit trousers.
Jog for a minimum of 10 mins everyday, make sure you are sweating, because you will start losing weight as you sweat.
If you don’t like jogging, then dance. Wear the seat suit and dance till you sweat. you can buy a little sweat stomach belt made by Golds Gym which you can wear under the sweat suit and it might help your stomach sweat even faster.

This is going to sound disgusting, but I use it and it works for me.
I drink apple cider vinegar. I take about a tablespoon and gulp it down at night before i brush my teeth.Tastes disgusting and smells disgusting, but its worth it for 30 seconds a day. It also doesn’t require dieting. And you can just put it in water, and sip it before bed.
Also, i heard of someone taking a saltine cracker and water diet. When you’re hungry you eat crackers only, and when you’re thirsty you drink water. Same works for all "negative calorie" food.
Excercise, even if you do what I do, which is basically dancing in my room for thirty minutes, it still counts. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. Misplace your remote and actually stand up to change channels. Little things go a big way when there are lots of them.
Keep in mind though, as fast as you lose this weight, you gain it. There is no "quick way". If you are doing this for aesthetic purposes, just be patient and go for healthier diets.
