What is the best way to lose belly fat?
I work out 3 times a week (cardio in the morning before I eat and muscles before dinner) but I find that the belly fat is quite hard to lose.
What are some good ways (diet, excerise etc…) to get rid of the belly fat?
Try to get to the gym 5 or 6 times a week for cardio (i know its a pain especially if you work but you cant give those extra carbs a chance to settle in, and plus you’ll feel so much better daily) and just watch what you eat.
It’s all about being persistent.
You should be able to see a difference in weeks.
