		<description>My favorite:  throw downs.  This works best with a partner for added resistance.  Lay on your back and have your partner straddle you head/neck.  Lift your legs up (keeping straight and what not) to your partner and have them push your legs back down.  Do not let your legs touch the floor, keep them straight.

Course, this can be down without a partner, but I find a partner makes it more effective, and they can throw you at different angles to work different muscles.  

As with most stomach exercises, be sure to do it properly, etc, etc and use your abs, not your back.</description>
