What is the key to get a completely flat stomach?
I am thin but there is just flab on my belly (mostly lower belly). How can I get a flat stomach like this:

If you work out and build muscle all over your body that will raise your metabolism and help burn fat. There’s a lot of myths that just doing abs exercises will give you a flat stomach.
