what is the most effective way to do sit-ups? how many should i do to get a flat stomach?
i was told the best way is raise your legs in the air while you do the crunches effectively forming a U shape, but i have found that resting my legs on a chair when i do the crunches is better for my back..but what is the best way???

sit ups firm muscles they dnt get eid of fat. the fat must be gone before u can get a flat stomach n the sit ups will then firm your skin.
Crunches by moving everything but your lowerback and bum from the ground, knees to chest. Lean back, legs out straight. Crunch knees to chest again.
It will hurt alot to start off with.
Push yourself to do ten at a time, the slowly make your way up to 50 at once over a long period of time. You should start at 50 per session and go to about 400-500 over a few months
