		<description>Crunches by moving everything but your lowerback and bum from the ground, knees to chest. Lean back, legs out straight. Crunch knees to chest again.

It will hurt alot to start off with.

Push yourself to do ten at a time, the slowly make your way up to 50 at once over a long period of time. You should start at 50 per session and go to about 400-500 over a few months</description>
