I walk alot (7 miles almost everyday) and I have started to do a lot of situps (100 today) what else can I do to effectively lose tummy fat and make it so it’s toned too?

walking is a good start
i would say jogging for 2-3 miles would be more efective
sit ups are good but you to add other excersices along with it
Pilates gets you nice and toned-here is a good do it at home video

I suggest P90X Or just some basic cardio excersize.
Running helps, crunches, Maybe go to the sauna with a sauna belt, i lost 5lb in a month or so just doing P90X
I would suggest you download p90x via torrents instead of paying 160$ for the actual 6 disk’s
