What is the most effective way to loose lower stomach fat?
I am a fairly healthy and fit person, but all of my life I have battled the ‘pouch’ of fat in my lower stomach. I’ve tried a lot of things, but not matter how much pilates and crunches I do, it persists.
Any ideas? I am receptive to both dietary changes and exercise. Thanks.
Simple exercises like walking, running, swimming and biking for 30-45 minutes a day help significantly in getting rid of belly fat.
Crunches help to strengthen the external muscles of the abdomen and the obliques. Basic and oblique crunches are very effective exercises to get rid of stomach fat.
Push-ups also workout the abdominal muscles and help in burning the fat in the stomach area.
A good diet supplements a good workout. Eat fiber-rich food, plenty of fruits and veggies and stay away from saturated fats. Drink plenty of water to flush your body and to keep you hydrated.
an excercise you can do to work you lower abs is called 6inches. all you do is lie on the ground. you can put your hands under your lower back for support if you need it. And lift your legs off the ground about 6inches and hold it there. Its a great lower ab workout
have a daily scedual! like every morning do 30 crunches. 9 Don’t do regular ones1 get a small ball from any store a put it under your back. it give a more efficent way to do crunches!
Also, whaen you feel hungry try to just dink something, most of the time we think we are hungry but really we are just thirsty!
do the pilates a lot… like 200 daily.. if you cant then start as much as you can for example you made it 50 times, in the other day add 10 and then add 10 the next day and keep it like that till you make 200 and then stay doin it everyday..your lower stomach(abs) will get smaller and tight
I’ve been using the truth about abs program, and it’s been working
great. my abs are getting more defined each week. it actually uses
unusual exercises like front squats, military rows, overhead squats,
mountain climbers, and a bunch of others to work your abs harder from
different angles and lose fat quicker…

situps…there’s much better stuff out there. good luck!
