Only exercise that area of the body…do lots of crunches….when at work exercise the tummy area by hardening the tummy and do rolls up and down. good Luck
Actually you can’t really lose fat in one area of the body. Fat comes off the last place it was put on. I suppose though you could surgery to get rid of it.

crunches and side crunchs ( put legs to side and do sit ups)
but it is not really a very good idea to only exersize one area of body i have been told(by my personal trainer), you should do a full body work out
Take TrimSpa like me…woks wonders if you take 2 at each meal and if you stay on a diet!
