What kinda exercises (Stomach/abdominal) can help me loose stomach fat the quickest…? (as in weeks)
I’d like to start doing exercise to help loose stomach and start bringing out my muscles! I dont expect any miracle solution(s) but anything I can also add to my diet/ exercise. My current diet is….. Lots of water,
1-2 miles every day or other day, no junk food or soda…. I’ve already lost lbs after 3 weeks of running…… I’ve also lost stomach fat but wanna speeed up the process! Any Opinions?

just some good old fashioned crunches and sit-ups and some bicycles. congrats on the weight loss!!
