What kinds of foods should I eat since I’m on a diet and i want a flat stomach?

Eat a lot of things that don’t have fat. Keep the fat to a minimum.
Fresh fruits and veggies, complex carbohydrates (especially whole grains). These should be most of what you eat, but also get some protein, and a little fat and oil.
Beans are a really good source, as are nuts, though they have a lot of oil.
Don’t starve yourself.
Drink a lot of water.
Take up swimming, if possible, as it uses all of your muscles, but is gentle exercise.
Walk, and dance, and do other activities that you enjoy anyway.
Don’t try to turn your body into someone else’s body. We’re all built how we’re built.
Just try to be healthy, and you’ll look good.
if you want to get a flatter stomach its going to take more than changing your diet. but i would say to cut down on and eventually cut out junk food and fizzy drinks completely. you should also eat less carbs as these supply vast amounts of energy that is slowly released over long periods of time and if this is not used up it will simply mean you may put on weight. you need to be doing at least 1 hour of cardio a day. crunches and situps will help to achieve a flatter stomach aswel. If you exercise in the morning your metabolism will be boosted and as this falls very slowly it means youll burn more calories.
