what will I need to do to have a flat or somewhat flat tummy?
when I sit down my tummy goes out a bit….I have like two handfuls of flub on the front but I don’t have any that goes around to my back or anything. about how much weight would I need to lose if I’m just shy of 5’10 and about 155lbs. would 30lbs be too much?
Yeah thats a bit much, you are quite tall so you need to weigh more. They say 63kg is the lowest optimal weight for your height which in pounds is 139lbs so thats about 16 pound. Make sure your still healthy and do lots of exercise
