What’s the best type of exercise to do to get a flat stomach?
I don’t really exercise apart from walking to and from work every day which has helped me to lose some weight. I’m not looking for massive muscles or a six pack, just a flat stomach. What’s the best type of exercise to get this? Is it a gym thing or something I can do at home?

There is no such thing as burning fat in a specific spot.
do cardio so that you lose the belly fat and to get a 6 pack do crunches or stuff like that but if you just want a flat stomach just run a lot and do cardio and plyomatrics
