What’s the best way to keep my stomach flat?
I’m pretty skinny, but I wouldn’t say that my stomach is the flattest thing. It’s not terrible or anything, but I want a perfectly flat stomach so I don’t need to worry while wearing a bikini. What’s the best way to flatten it?
Best way, just do 20min of cardio a day, This includes walking(40min), running, jogging, jump rope(really), swimming, or other gym only equipment.
running your little butt off every day for 30 minutes as hard as you can will keep you in fantastic shape. all the rest is just extras. so, put on your shoes, and RUN!
