I want to lose the little belly fat i have so i can get abs which can be seen.

i think that’s something that has crossed everyone’s mind at one point or another.
well here is how to do it
number 1:
Your stomach is made in the kitchen. weather you like to admit it or not. your abs, or your stomach is made in the kitchen. so in order to lose belly fat you have to start in the kitchen
number 2:
cut away starch, salty, sugary, and fatty foods from your meals.
number 3:
eat protein and lots of it. depending on your weight and height figure out your perfect calorie consumption and work with it . Google Calorie calculator for help

be patient and stay motivated

Aerobic exercise…go jogging or biking or rollar blading within ur target heart range for at least 20-30 minutes to achieve benefits.
For abs do 100 situps once every other day.
Try running around your neighborhood. Start out running a quarter mile and add another quarter mile each time you do the exercise until you get to three or four miles then just keep it at there. You should do this around five days a week. I’ve been doing it for a month and I feel great. You will feel sore for the first week but don’t give up the pain will go away. Also you should eat well just make sure you burn more calories then you eat but dont starve yourself because that is actually worse believe it or not.

One major thing you must remember is NOT to eat like your on a diet, but you should portion it out. To get abs, you have to have a good intake of protein each day, as well as a reasonable intake of carbohydrates. there is a big differnce between losing weight and gaining muscle, in this case you are burning belly fat, and tightening your abdominals. So the best i could say is eat your meals regularly, while not eating to much. this is okay because you are buring off the calories when you exersise. a good exersise for getting abs is simple and actualy pretty quick depending on how much you have. this exersise routine worked for me:
*Running two miles a day
*doing several ab workouts like:
Regular crunches:10 times
Leg lifts, in which you lay on the floor while holding your legs in the air: 30 secounds
pushups: these increase you arm strenght and do a number on your abs as well:20 times
pull up curl: on a pull up bar, you can hang by your arms and lift your knees up to your chest:15 times
Deep curl up exercises:keep your hands on you head, and touch your right elbow with your left knee, and when you go down, curl back up and touch you left elbow with your right knee.
After you finish this work out, its recomended that you drink a protein supplement afterwards to heal your muscles and increase protein intake. these supplements can be found at most vitamin stores or websites
you have to remember that nothing with happen over night and keep going for your goal. if you keep this up daily you should start to see results in 3 weeks
