		<description>yeah, i wouldn&#039;t trust that up there. Cardio is the best way to do it, because you really can&#039;t target where you lose weight. Don&#039;t do crunches a lot until you lose belly fat, because muscle doesn&#039;t matter if you have a layer of fat over it, you know? Just go running, walking, or swimming every time you have the chance, try to burn or cut off 500 calories a day, that worked for me.</description>

		<description>I have been ther too. I lost ten pounds this winter for swim suit season. What you really need to do is a lot of cardio like swimming at the YMCA or running on a treadmill. Also setting up plans like abs one day butt another and legs another. Also do not do any diets. If you cut back what you eat, you will eat more later. Just try and eat more healthier.</description>
