Whats the easiest way to get a tight, flat tummy and a tight butt?
I want a tight, flat tummy. Also, my butt seems a little "big" and i would like it smaller, and tighter. PLEASE HELP!

Tight Butt = Deep Squats and Heavy Lateral Lunges
Tight Tummy = Deep Core Exercises (pilates) and Total Body Exercises (Balance Training and Trunk Rotational Exercises)
Cardio doesn’t make you lose your tummy. It does help you do more exercise each time you workout. Boxers, Kickboxers and Dancers don’t do cardio to keep a trim tummy. They do it to improve their cardiovascular system so they get more out of each fight or performance or workout.. thus losing the tummy. Most of the silly fad ab machines out there don’t work either; Ab-Doer my @$$!
Focus on dynamic movements not stationary machines and cut out fat and sugars where it is not needed in your diet.
Honestly, aerobic excersice. There is no such thing as "spot toning" despite what many info-mercials say. I would recommend kickboxing or tae-bo. Both workouts tighten the entire body, quickly! Also if you limit soda intake you will notice a difference as well.
cardio will help both things (do it for 30 mins 3 or 4 times every week)
for your tight abs, you might want to do 200 sit ups 3 or 4 days too
and a tight butt = lunges and squats
by summer you should look a lot better
A good balanced diet & exercise……..get on your feet & make it happen!!!!
For tight flat tummy, I usually do sit ups, and crunches, try the bicycle( lay on your back and left knee touch right elbows, and right knee touch left elbow and so on) small butt, try getting on your knees and hands, and push one of your leg out and in, about 10 times, and then the other legs, that way, you’ll have a nice tone butt.
