What’s the easiest way to lose belly fat in combination with a healthy diet and portion control?
I’ve been using Tony Little’s Gazelle, and didn’t feel it was working.
It’s not my weight that is bothering me. I’m 5′ and 115 lbs, but I still have trouble toning after second child. So, I’m not concerned with the scale but with fitting into my clothes and not having a visible tummy bulge over my waistband.
Try to aim for a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day. I would suggest adding some resistance or an incline to make the workout more intense. I’m not sure if it is possible on the gazelle, but that is what I do on the elliptical & treadmill every day.
You seem to be on the right track with the healthy diet & portion control. Don’t eat too little so that you don’t go into starvation mode because then your body will hold onto more fat. It will do more harm than good. Drink plenty of water. Cut out soda completely if you haven’t already.
Unfortunately, we can’t choose where to lose body fat from. It will take a few weeks to see results. Try not to focus so much to the weight on the scale, but focus more on inches you are losing.
Good luck & give it some time!
sit ups do great miracles on the abdomen!!
I recently started doing intervals and the weight started falling off my midsection. I’m also doing the south beach diet too. just do cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike) at an intense rate for a minute than rest for 3, then so on.
cut it off! fatty! lol hahahahahahah!
