whats the fastest way to get a flat stomach?
i want to tighten my stomach muscles and leg muscles. what are some esy work outs to tighten up my muscles. i have a chubby elly with love handles and i want to burn it all off and my legs too. please list some easy work outs to tighten my tummy and leg muscles. how can i also work out my arms?
lots of cardio, jump roping helps alot too

If you’re trying to lose weight, dont do push-ups, sit-ups, etc.. They make you gain muscle therefore looking larger than you are. Start with cardio, which is running for an hour daily, or skipping ropes etc..Cardio loses the unnessecary fat and makes you look thinner. Once you have lost all the weight that you want, then start working on your muscles. You will be toned and looking great!
Crunches are easy and work well. After a few weeks add leg lifts to work your lower abs. Search crunches and leg lifts on google as they’ll give a better description on what to do.
And cardio!!!
