Whats the fastest way to lose belly fat?
I lift weights, I eat healthy most of the time, and i do situps. But for some reason i cant lose my belly fat. I also would like to make my stomach into a six pack. HELP!

Get ride of your car. Walk everywhere. Walk fast for no less than one hour every day. Do not eat a heavy meal before you go to bed – you should feel a bit hungry. NO junk food at all, ever. A six pack, though, is daft, just be normal. I love the little round belly of my partner, who is very fit. If you go to Africa and live in the countryside where people are fit becasue they work every day on their farms, you will never see a six pack belly but you will see a lot a fit and beautiful people.

The best way is intense training – forget long boring cardio. Exercise harder for shorter periods. Target large muscle group exercise (full body) because the more muscle you build , the body burns more fat efficiently. But in saying that the best way to lose belly fat is to EAT PROPERLY – for if you don’t you can exercise all you want but your belly will still be covered with a layer of fat..
