why can’t i get a flat stomach?
so i’ve been working out for 9 months and have lost 40 pounds and my stomach is big still…the bottom is about 33 inches around middle(like between bottom and belly button) is 32 inches and around belly button is 31 inches and my waist is 26 inches.
ugh i usually eat super healthy and work out at least 4 times a week

maybe you should work out longer and more and what extersises are you doing ohh and pliates helps tone the body so you could do those extersises
try pilates
they help make you more flexible and help tone your body

i read in a magazinee that if you just eat fruits that contain a lot of water it will like clense your colon and wash you out which gives you a flat stomach.
also , if you eat salt and drink water that makes you bloated, so dont do thatt
