will running help me with a flat stomach?
hiiii i was just wondering if running for about 20-25 minutes would help me get a flat stomach…
i’m planning to do it every other day
and i guess i have a pretty good diet..i mean, i dont eat fast food and i barely eat out.
how long till i see results?
You need to run 30-40 mins when you feel it burn that is when you know is working best.
But cardio and ab workouts combine order to get flat tummy.
well i am in track and run everyday for about an hour and we also do 10 minutes of core (crunches, holding legs in air, pushups, etc.) a day and i eat really healthy too but i still don’t have a flat stomach so i can’t tell you that you’ll definitely get a flat stomach, but you will lose some weight and gain muscle in your legs and stuff. =)
you must remember that you cannot target fat loss locations.. your body will choose where to loose the weight.. so my advice is to just do any cardio that works.. running is very good for fat loss, also bicycle. but remember your BODY will choose where the fat is lost.
running will help burn the calories and fat stored…diet is crucial too..run 4 days a week, more if possible.
Any amount will help.But, your goal is to raise your heart rate up at least 30 minutes. You burn calories, each time you rase your heart rate whether it’s 2 minutes or 30.
A good diet is a big key too, and it sounds like you have that. Look at lables, some thing you think are good aren’t so healthy. Eat thing like wheat, carrats and celery. Your body has to work to digest them.
