Will running six days a week give me a flat tummy?
Will running for 25-30 minutes everyday except Saturday, followed by a healthy diet and whateves give me a flat tummy? Or at least help? Thanks!
Yes it can help as long as your running routine stays challenging, running slow for 30 minutes everyday won’t do you that much good. Since you like running six days a week try this: One day focus on regular jogging long distance at a steady pace, next day focus on speed and do bleachers, stairs or hills;These are real good for your abs) One day this one day that you know.. Do sprints too, jog 1 mile or 10 minutes then some sets try doing at least five good ones, or as many as you can and you choose the distance the sprint doesn’t have to be that long (minimum- from home plate to second base) but after sprinting Don’t Stop, jog slowly back to your starting point and sprint again and repeat. You should also incorporate abdominal exercises into your routine. Try that though you’ll keep a flat stomach and you can eat all the cake and Ice Cream you want.
It will definitely help!!
Try to do some sort of ab workout too!
look up ‘bicycle crunches’ and do them every 2nd day of the week
