Will this work for a flat tummy in time for my navel piercing?
i’m going to get my navel pierced in exactly a month from today…but the thing is, i don’t have the flattest tummy, i’m not what you’d call ‘fat’, but my tummy is "fluffy" if you know what i mean. and i was wondering that if i did 24 sit ups every night, will i have a satisfying tummy in time for the piercing?
You don’t necessarily need a flat tummy to get ur navel pierced. My tummy isn’t flat and i have mine. =] But 24 sit ups every night? Well, that would help a little. If you really want good results you should do about 50 in the morning and 50 at night or just 50 a day is good! If you watch tv, you could do some sit ups in between your shows when the commercials come on. I started doing that and its not that bad!
