Will walking a mile and a half everyday make me achieve getting a flat stomach?
Hi, I’m 16, 6ft 2, I’ve been walking miles recently and have lost quite a bit of weight but i’m still a little flabby around the stomach area. If I continue walking this amount everyday (about a mile and a half), will I get a flat stomach?. If not, would swimming be a better alternative as well as the walking?
Swimming is great for a full body workout! Keep up the walking and also do crunches along with it. If you look online you can find different kinds of crunches that target certain areas and you should do a mix of those a couple times a week.
